Burgers and Cookbooks from Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin’s “The Next Gourmet Burger Kids Contest” gives kids a chance to showcase their original Gourmet Burger creations in hopes of it becoming America’s Next Gourmet Burger.

Kids from all across the country send in entries and a grand prize winner is selected. Red Robin compiles all of the burger recipes into a cookbook that is available for free at www.redrobin.com and the winning burger is sold in Red Robin locations across the country with proceeds benefiting the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

The winner of the Fourth Annual contest, held in 2009, was 9 year-old Emma Potts with her "Spicy Honey Glazed Bacon Burger."

Emma’s burger will be available in all Red Robin locations next summer.  The fourth cookbook, filled with fun kids’ recipes and back-to-school safety tips, will also be available online at www.redrobin.com
