From the Kailua side, take H-3 to H-1.

From Honolulu, take the H-1 Freeway westbound to Waianae. Take the H-2 North to Wahiawa, it will turn into Highway 80. Travel straight through town on Highway 80 out to the pineapple fields. Highway 80 will turn into Highway 99, Kamehameha Highway.

Your land mark leaving Wahiawa is a bridge. At the 4th traffic signal out of Wahaiwa, take the Historic Haleiwa town exit. It will be a left turn at the traffic light. At the traffic circle take the first right on to Highway 83, Kamehameha Highway and continue through Haleiwa town.

Make a left turn just past the Union Station (1) and a quick right just past Haleiwa Joe's (2). If you pass through a narrow bridge you missed your turn at the Union Station. Once on to the Haleiwa harbor, make a quick right which curves around to the 200 Pier with boats on both sides of the pier. The Kuuloa Kai is in slip 201, the second boat on the right.
