I was referred to this dvd as a rehabilitation aid when I grew truly disgusted with the limited scope of medical solutions as practiced today. My most recent MRI is littered with words like arthritis, stenosis, and impingement. Kwan's emphasis on joint strength and flexibility has been a godsend to me in alleviating the evil damaging pain and replacing it with that happy, tired from use feeling. It's been a long time since I've felt that. A little common sense and applying the lessons from Kwan has been more valuable to me than an orthopedic surgeon, 2 neurologists, an acupuncturist, and a half dozen physical therapists. Going from Humpty Dumpty to a moderately functional, relatively pain free person... I can't thank the guy enough for sharing this.
