Synopsis

Young Catholic priest Fabian is sent to the tiny island of Dnevnik where he is bemused by the lack of births on the island until local tobacconist Petar admits in confession that he is supplying condoms to the islanders. Soon Fabian, Petar and the local pharmacist Marin devise a plan they hope will increase the birthrate on the island.
