Achievements
Originally born in Wales, David Morgan hails from swimming pedigree, with his mother representing Great Britain at the Montreal Olympics in the Women’s 100m Backstroke. He made his Australian Dolphins debut at the World Short Course Championships in Doha in 2014 and in his first World Championships he won silver as a heat swimmer in the Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay in Kazan, 2015. The following year at the Rio Olympic Games he won bronze in the Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay, swimming the butterfly leg. In his hometown of the Gold Coast, he secured a silver medal in the Men’s 200m Butterfly and won gold in the Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
