COMPANY PROFILE

Magitronic Technology was established in 1985 to fill a niche in the computer industry by providing computers and related products at the best value to resellers. Magitronic immediately developed a reputation for quality, reliability and value in the industry, providing system integrators with quality motherboards. Thereafter, Magitronic began building computer systems under the Magitronic brand name as well as providing private labeling for other companies.

Prior to our entrance in the desktop PC market, Magitronic was a supplier of OEM components to various computer companies. Since 1985 we have developed and manufactured our own line of personal computers, notebooks, multimedia kits, monitors and various PC hardware products such as networking products and video graphic adapters. During the last 11 years Magitronic has worked with value-added resellers (VAR's) and distributors to provide the types of products and services which meet the needs of resellers wanting to satisfy the demands of their customers.

The company currently positions itself as a second tier brand. This year we will establish a greater presence of our brand by expanding our products through increased investment in marketing and support services. The goal of creating new business partnerships is to provide the greatest opportunities by combining today's latest technology at the best price possible.

To ensure reliability, Magitronic works with various hardware compatibility labs to test and certify selected products with Microsoft Windows 95, Windows NT and Novell. Our Manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified to further ensure overall quality of our products.

Magitronic has manufacturing facilities located in strategic areas to ensure expedient service to all parts of the world. Our corporate facility is located in Atlanta, Georgia, which includes our main manufacturing site. We have two additional assembly sites located in Los Angeles, California and Toronto, Ontario. The Magitronic name is registered throughout the Western Hemisphere and Asia.
