Center for Puppetry Arts!

The Center for Puppetry Arts, founded in 1978, is the largest
Punch
A British Punch puppet
institution in the United States devoted to the art of puppetry.

Visitors may attend Performances Monday through Saturday year-round in one of our three theaters.

The Center's Museum, PUPPETS: THE POWER OF WONDER (sponsored by the Coca-Cola Foundation), provides an interactive experience with puppetry and includes figures as famous and diverse as Punch and Judy, Jim Henson's Muppets, Madame of "Wayland and Madame," and hundreds of other puppets from around the world and throughout history.

Our Education Programs offer daily workshops, outreach programs and adult education.
