The mission of the Australian Film Finance Corporation (FFC) is to realise the Commonwealth's film policy objectives of ensuring that the Australian film industry contributes to the sharpening of Australian cultural identity and projects diverse images of Australia locally and overseas. The FFC will pursue these objectives through collaboration with the marketplace and by strengthening the commercial filmmaking sector. The FFC will secure production of a diverse range of Australian film and television output and provide a minimum production level for the industry in ways which: . maximise the audience reach of FFC supported product . maximise the opportunities for returns to all investors including the FFC . achieve a spread between feature film, television drama and documentary with a diversity of product within these categories.
