11/7/98: Sorry that its been so long since an update, but a new job and a lot of school work has put a bit of resistance on my emu project. I am working on beta1 of CDX1, which will have full MSCDEX support, and maybe even a GUI if I have time. I have dropped all bios rom reading except for main checks. I'm still not sure how I will do the cd emulation as a whole, so I am working on perfecting the very basics right now. Any thoughts on Dynamic Recompilation?

8/28/98: This page is created. CDX1 v.01 Pre-Alpha released.

CDX1 is a Sega CD Emulator written in C++ by me. Since the problem of legality in the Emu scene is huge now and this is the ONLY Sega CD emulator released, I prefer not to mention my name. You can contact me at cdx1@usa.net if nessecary.

Also: I probably will do everything I can to stop people from using roms w/CDX1. Only REAL SegaCDs will be allowed. Thats how feel now. If you think otherwise, email me. I'd like to hear some other (serious) opinions on the matter.
