Sr. MIS Position at Exciting Internet/Web Dev. Start-Up

We are in search of a high-energy person with the willingness to be
"hands-on" and take responsibility for all our MIS needs. We are a well
funded start-up with 28 employees.

The position requirements/responsibilities are:
Administration of internal, multi-domain LAN
* Internet Information Server (IIS) 4.0
* Microsoft Visual Studio, including SourceSafe and integration with IIS
* MUST have THOROUGH knowledge of NTFS file system permissions
* Seagate Backup Exec 7.0
* Exchange Server 5.5 (Add, delete mailboxes, etc.)
* Installation/configuration of print servers and remote printers
* Familiarity with Microsoft VPN technology (PPTP protocol) desired
* Network Fax setup
* Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and ODBC for customer lead
forwarding
* Must be familiar with hardware and software installation/configuration
* Knowledge of Category 5 Ethernet cabling topologies, including network
hubs and switches
* Experienced with Windows NT installation

Administration of co-located Windows NT LAN
* Knowledge of how DNS "works", including registration of Internet domain
names and management of primary and secondary DNS servers. Knowledge of
Microsoft's Windows NT implementation of DNS Server is preferred.
