Ruby Allen

Payroll Clerk - Semi-Monthly, paid out on the 15th and last working
      day of every month.


Accounts Receivable Clerk - All revenues are received on a daily
      basis, sent and coded to proper funds then deposited into fund
      accounts with our financial institutes.  Most of the revenues are
      invested with Financial Institutes throughout the parish.


 
Health Insurance Clerk -
 



Melinda Leger

Assistant to the Secretary-Treasurer

Purchasing Agent - Keeps track of all daily purchases for all
      departments.

Budgeting Assistant - Assists the Budgeting Director starting in
      October and ending in December











Peggy Romero

Accounts Payable Clerk - All invoices are due by first of every
      month.

Budgeting Director - Budgeting starts in October and ends in
      December
.

Grants Coordinator - Keep in house records on state and federal
      grants.
