Sean J. Tindell
Profile:
Sean Tindell has been an attorney with the firm since 2007. While attending the Mississippi College School of Law, Sean served as Student Body President and was awarded American Jurisprudence in Domestic Relations and Counseling and Negotiations. Upon his graduation from law school, Sean returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where he served as Assistant District Attorney for Harrison, Hancock, and Stone counties from 2002 to 2007. Sean now handles a variety of criminal defense matters for the firm, as well as complex business association and dissolutions, estate disputes, and premises liability defense.
Sean is married to the former Claire Danielle Panter, of Pascagoula, Mississippi. They currently reside in Gulfport, Mississippi and have one child. Sean was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is a 1992 graduate of Gulfport High School.

Outside of the office
Outside the office, Sean is involved in many community organizations. He is a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church and is currently serving on the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of Gulfport.
Sean also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, and regularly plays tennis, golf, basketball, and softball. In addition to his work as an attorney, Sean is a licensed real estate broker and owns a real estate development company. Through his development company, Sean has been actively involved with the Gulfport Main Street Association and the effort to revitalize downtown Gulfport.
