Former Senator Paul Wellstone once said:

“Politics isn’t about big money or power games.

It’s about the improvement of people’s lives.”

I believe that money in politics erodes the power of the ballot & the will of the people. I am committed to spending as little money as possible to spread my message. Improving people’s lives is of the utmost importance to me & I want to hear from you.

I believe civility in politics is the order of the day. We cannot continue to shut out voices but instead should look to see what common ground politicians can find regardless of party affiliation. Two districts may have a similar interest on a particular issue & we need our elected officials to represent those interests whether they are in the same party or not. Effective politics involves respect & creative solutions to problems.
