Feature annoucement! Fanfiction.net authors are now be able to digitally "sign" all of their reviews. A "signed review" is a review submitted by an authenticated fanfiction.net author. To "sign" the reviews, you must first log-in via the "Authors" graphic tab at the top. Once logged in, all the reviews you submit will have your "signature" on them. Eat your heart out spammers/impersonators! =)

April 25, 1999 We will be strictly enforcing the "FANFIC ONLY" rule from now on. Here is a list of "popular" items that ARE not considered fanfics and will be subject to removal:

Polls. "What should I write for my next story?"

Questions. "How do I get my N64 to load up mario cart?"

Annoucements. "Check out my homepage at www.doh.com!"

1-3 liners. "He came and he went. The END."

April 17, 1999 Links section has been completely redesigned. You know have the option to rate the links. We have also added a new "Mystery" genre.

April 12, 1999 Authors now have the option to upload an image as part of their profiles! Images must be in .gif or .jpg format.

Review system has been totally revamped. With the new system, Fido will have tighter control of review spammers.

You now have the option download the fanfic straight (via the "kb link") from the listing pages.

Interface has been cleaned up for story and author profile pages.

At the end of the top menu bar you will see a new "Hide Images" option. Clicking this will turn off the fanfiction.net logo and the BannerXchange banners on top. Of course, after you make the toggle, click the "Show Images" link to return to normal.

April 1, 1999 The forum is under construction so expect some bugs while that's going on.

I have a personal request I would like to make. If you have seen the movie, "Boys Don't Cry", and know the title/artist of the song Chloe Sevigny was singing in the bar, email me @ xing@ucla.edu!! It goes something like "the blue texas sky....". I can't get the song out of my head and I need to find the song or I will go bonkers. Thanks a bunch. =)
