Online Customer Relationship Management
Now you can manage your customer after you've won the deal. With the introduction of the new Customer Support Management component, combined with our existing Sales and Marketing functionality, now gives you a complete 360 degree view of your customer. This fully integrated CRM solution is offered at no additional charge.

You can use this component by selecting the new Cases Tab. If you don't need this functionality, simply select Setup/Customize My Display to hide the Cases Tab. Take the tutorial to learn more.
