I think... it's dark now. Whatever it is is moving left to right in sheets.

well, that was one good "now cast" prediction. Walt Drag said in 2:00 AFD that Boston should turn to snow about 23Z. Good call. you can see it on the winter doppler radar.

Can't wait to see Mish Michaels from Scituate.

oops. went outside to check. more sleet. making the change over.

Its right about 32. Like the obs from Logan last hour: "Light ice pellets, rain, snow Mist"

Pretty much everything. Nothing terribly heavy. Wind NE 25G35

I'm about 4 miles inland from Logan.

About 5-6 miles due West of Boston I have light -moderate sleet which is VERY close to snow. I think we'll see the complete changeover in an hour or less.

I'll ignore the ornery New Jersey-ers

The light sleet has turned into light, wet snow- Here we go!

wow, did you return to the board just to say that?

hope NJ gets in on the wrap around big time. I'm not in the jackpot zone - that's west of me.

arghh...

sleet crawled back into Boston. Winter doppler radar shows line amazingly well. But it went from a straight line to a bow, so most of RI is in the snow now.

I'm pulling for you. I know Toms River - brother in-law's family is there.

Anyway, we're sitting fat on the 32 line. Mostly snow, but mixed. If it were colder, we'd start getting in on the 1-3/hr.
