It has come to our attention that you have recently registered the
Internet domain PANAVISION.ORG with Network Solutions.  As I have
gathered from your website,www.cubecinema.com , your organisation
understands cinema preservation and no doubt the importance associated
with the trademarks used by companies involved in cinema production.
 "The Cube is a volunteer run/managed/created/produced project
 which aims to preserve an old cinema building and mutate the
 modern experience of cinema into one more affordable and less
 emotionally commodified."
 
 As you can imagine, having control of our trademarks on the Internet
is very important to us from a business as well as a philantropic sense.
Today, Panavision is involved in supporting many organizations like yours.
We are intimately involved with American Cinematheque, AFI, Sundance Institute
and I.F.P (Independent Film Project) as well as supporting cinema education
through our New Filmmaker program.
 
 I am including an ownership transferrence form for the domain.  We are
willing to reasonably compensate your organisation for costs incurred in
