Lemieux returns with no salary increase
 (Jun 26) tsn.ca - Mario Lemieux says he hopes to play between 60 and 70 games next season.
The Penguins owner added he will return next season with the same salary he made this past year - $5.25-million.
"As long as I feel good, I'd like to be on the ice as much as I can because there aren't too many years left in me," said Lemieux, who will be 37 in October. "If I feel good and I'm in good shape, if my back and hip are fine, I'll play most of the games."
Lemieux was on the ice Tuesday, lending a hand to his brother Alain's hockey development camp. It marked the first time he has been on skates since the Penguins 5-4 loss to the Kings back in February.
When asked how he felt after the hour long session, Lemieux replied "good".
Earlier this month, Lemieux's wife told reporters that her husband's back and hip were once again bothering him. Lemieux said Tuesday that the pain was the result of a pulled muscle he suffered while golfing in Hawaii. He added that it was "nothing serious".
