Now is the time to get your diaries out and be sure not to miss the imminent AMITI UK tour. This time Andre Villeneuve, Gitit Ezaguori and Kishkooshay-K will be bringing you fresh insights into the Hebrew Scriptures, authentic testimony and the kind of worship music that Israelis really love. If none of this really appeals then please come for the coffee and the cakes.

In our last UK tour AMITI proved to the church that there is more to Israeli music than just those dreaded minor chords and the token tambourine. Alon Grimberg, Kishkooshay-K and Michelle Zeitun last year successfully raised (or should we say raized?) the roof in over 14 venues. The church in the UK tasted real Israeli music and were properly awestruck as they experienced a 2 hour evening aglow with music, worship, testimony and teaching. People left the building excited, thrilled and struck with a new song in their hearts, the Brits were talking about the goodness of the Lord and opening their diaries for the next UK tour.

Herein is the venue for the up and coming tour of the UK to which you are all cordially invited. For more details please contact Bob or Pennie Cranham at bookings@amiti.co.il or tel. UK 01737 270594

Andre Villeneuve...Up Close and Personal...
Andre, like a lot of people in the world, was not born in Israel! Andre came here from Canada fresh out of Jazz music college with his saxophone, flute, clarinet, keyboard and just a few million more musical instruments that he plays. He has adjusted quite well, thank you, and speaks fluent Hebrew, German, French, English and not a bad bit of Arabic. Andre has played on, produced and arranged many an indigenous Messianic album. In addition to music, theology is his passion and he will either be found locked in a sound proof room practicing his horn or out on the streets of Israel debating with our people the good news. AMITI is privileged to have such a man join us with the upcoming tour
Gitit Ezagouri…. Up close up and personal…. Gitit has just returned from Africa after spending her summer time with African orphans, feeding them, singing with them, playing with them and praying with them. Now she will spend her autumn with the Brits, eating with them, singing to them, playing with them and praying with them. Gitit is rather a rarity, an Israeli believer who grew up in a believing family! Come and hear Gitit’s testimony, the difficulties and the joys, the ups and the downs as you hear first hand what it’s like to serve the Lord in a kibbutz and in the Israeli army.
On the Drawing Board...
Plans are afoot (because we are looking ahead!) for a compilation album of seldom if ever recorded artists in Israel. There are many talented and anointed musicians who have each written a handful of songs and because there is not enough "critical mass" for a whole album have never been recorded. So, AMITI has decided that together, we can gather different artists and make an album that covers a wide range of music from contemplative to contemporary. From the mellow and mild to the wild and wooly. Music for Mom and Dad as well as little brother too. Music that deserves to be heard and will finally be given voice. Which is, after all, the reason for a project like AMITI in the first place. Details are currently being worked out. Contact AMITI for details.
