COMMENT | Savatage lastest has sold less than deicide latest?

what is the matter with that?

Gamma Ray's Powerplant just 4.833? No wonder why these bands don't tour the US.

I think it's really sad that Entombed have such bad results. It's like nobody wants to give them a chance anymore - either because Nicke left or because they don't sound like they did in 1990. "Uprising" sounds like the album they naturally should have made after "Wolverine Blues", and "Morning Star" is even better - my fave of 2001, in fact. They're sounding more pissed off and hungry than EVER. I'm also surprised about Soilwork's results, too...

I've been a fan since LHP and they are IMO one of the most under rated bands. I think the low numbers are due to lack of push and proper dist by their labels in the past... i really hope in improves.

I will never understand how bands like these are world renowed, world touring bands. But yet sell so few copies of their albums! makes me sick. Outstanding bands like Control Denied selling 7000??? Motorhead 13000??? Soilwork 5000?????? Stupid bands just coming out sell more than that in a week. We need more high broadband metal radio stations.

COMMENT | Savatage and Deicide...

Deicide's latest album "In Torment In Hell" isn't listed above. "Insineratehymn" came out in 2000, I believe and Savatage's album came out last year so that's probably why it hasn't outsold an older album yet.

Does someone know Motorhead in the US? Fuck, this band is a legend and they released a few excellent albums over 25 years. It's a pity to see such low rates for their records. Maybe their last albums are less impressive than older ones, but they still kick seriously some asses. If you don't have at least five (at the minimum) of their albums, your not a real metalhead. Hail Lemmy!

The sales figures aren't great for most of the bands, but don't forget these charts don't include sales from around the world, particularly in their native countries
