Regular Season Week 13 - Game #64

Edmonton 31, Saskatchewan 25

Edmonton scored another win, but Saskatchewan still a likely playoff, contender will need to work extra hard until the post season. Sean Fleming hit a 54 yard missed FG single at 3:08 of the 1st to put the Esks in the lead. Chris Szarka rumbled 6 yards for the TD at 7:23 of the 1st and a Rider lead. Paul McCallum made the convert. McCallum scored an enormous 75 yard single at 9:52 of the first and added to the Rider's lead. K.D. Williams recovered an Edmonton fumble and ran it 19 yards for the scored at 10:55 of the 1st. McCallum made the convert. John Avery caught a 31 yard TD pass from Ricky Ray at 0:21 of the 1st. Fleming made the convert. Fleming owned the rest of the quarter. He started with a 61 yard missed FG single at 4:04, followed by an 18 yard FG at 10:57 of the 2nd, continued with a 73 yard single at 12:53 of the 2nd, and ended with a 45 yard missed FG single at 6:18 of the 3rd. Ricky Ray took matters into his own hands and scored on a 1 yard TD run. Fleming scored the convert. McCallum made a 30 yard FG at 2:48 of the 4th. Terry Vaughn roped in an 11 yard Ray TD pass at 6:02 of the 4th. Fleming made the convert. Contrary to that play Quincy Jackson answered with an 11 yard TD pass reception from Nealon Greene at 11:39 of the 4th. McCallum made the convert. Fleming finished things off with a 15 yard FG at 12:51 of the 4th.
