Fox Interactive's licensed PC racing game, Motorhead has been released today, according to the company. Motorhead has a suggested retail price of $29.98 and is available for Windows 95/98. Motorhead is under license to Fox Interactive from Gremlin Interactive of Sheffield, England, and was developed by Digital Illusions of Sweden, one of Scandinavia's largest game software developer.

Motorhead is set in the distant future, and takes place at the six venues of the Transatlantic Speed League. Events range from downtown highways to abandoned mining facilities. As players progress through the events they are rewarded with new cars and courses.

Some of Motorhead's features include a 3D engine capable of 600,000 textured polygons per second, cars consisting of 300+ polygons each, tracks consisting of 15,000 17,000 polygons each, real 3D world collision and physics and full D3D support for the PC.

Midtown Madness will be available this June for an estimated retail price of $40.
