The tutelage of Lu and Vac.
Lu and Vac, twin sons of Tineon and Rianna. But these two brothers are enormously different, Lu is contemplative and wise, while Vac is rash and fiery-tempered. Some say that a man's temperant stems from his formative years. This is certainly true, as the two godlings had entirely different teachers. Lu was taught by the eternally patient and enlightened Carding, while Vac was educated by Bladhm, the very god who despised his mother.
Carding was chosen for his friendship with Rianna, the two often came together to paint the rainbows, in the days before the skies were fully completed. Bladhm was chosen by Tineon for her warrior abilities, and her strength of character. These choices, friendship and war, symbolise the future paths of Lu and Vac.
Lu learned the Way, and even followed his own Path, different to both Carding's and Carding's disciple, Baruch's. He also fell in love with Carding's daughter, Céila. But he was not as powerful or as warlike as his brother, and this earned him the indifference of his parents. However, with his enlightenment, he learned to cope with this rejection, and remained with Carding and Céila, happy in his new life.
Vac was taught the ways of weapons, coming under the hands of both Bladhm and Mandorallen, who would let him practice with the axe Trizicc. Thus he became a formiddable warrior, skilled in both weapon and the lore of the Flame. His father's heart lifted as he saw his strong son coming home, and his mother, whose heart was lifted also, could not comprehend the glare from her son. For Vac's mind had been poisoned by Bladhm, and he believed her treasonous whisperings. He considered his second-mother his true mother, and the goddess who birthed him naught but a usurper. Tineon, proud of his son, saw none of this, and this was rare, as little passed his wise eyes.
So the two sons of the Flamelord grew, both forged by their mentors. Lu grows in power of mind still, and Vac reigns as a prominent warrior god, having a host of mortal offspring, all mighty warriors. Together shall they finally stand on the Last Day, but now they stand divided, barely speaking at all.
