Welcome to the CGC/Wizard Universe Submission form.
This form is designed for you to fill in all its fields
online, and then print the finished form to be shipped with your comics
and payment to CGC. The form results will also be emailed CGC, for
confirmation.
The form is in 4 steps, each of which will require
you to provide information. You must fill the form in completely.
Step 1 is Shipping
Information. It includes your name and account number. If it's your first
time and you do not have an account number, leave this area blank and
we'll provide you with an account number once we receive your form. All
other information is required. When we ship your comics back to you, we
need a complete address. All comics are delivered by USPS Registered &
Insured Mail. For other arrangements, or for a submission with a value
over $25,000 call CGC Customer Service at 1-877-NM-COMIC (1-877-662-6642).
Step 2 is Order Contents
where you choose the Service that you want and list the Comics you are
submitting to CGC. Please review the
detailed explanation of services, describing turnaround times and
value restrictions. Check current CGC Turn Times. IMPORTANT: YOU MAY
CHOOSE ONLY ONE SERVICE PER SUBMISSION FORM. If you have comics for
Economy and Express service you must submit two forms.
You can submit more than one comic per line item, but
they must be comics of the same title, date, issue number, publisher and
Pedigree/Variant. For example, if you have 5 Avengers #16, list the
appropriate information and put "5" in the quantity box. You may submit up
to 30 comics per submission form or up to 20 Magazine Size comics per
submission form.
Step 3 is Special
Instructions where you would indicate whether you are using a coupon for
grading.
Step 4 is Billing Info
where all the calculations are made,
you receive your 20% discount on grading,
and you're ready to finish
the submission form. Once you click Submit, a black on white finished
submission form will be readied for you to print. An email will also be
sent to CGC confirming your submission.
Now, you're ready to send your comics off to CGC.
This requires you to:
- Pack
your comics correctly
- Place 3 copies of the submission form printout, your check payable to CGC and
the comics into a box and seal it properly. Or, if you have selected to pay by
credit card, please be aware that your card will not be charged until your
books are received at CGC, so the complete credit card number must be visible
on at least one signed copy of the submission form.
