Pacific Fighters Goes Gold (PC)
Get ready to earn your wings in the WWII Pacific theatre.

Ubisoft announced today that Oleg Maddox's latest standalone product in the IL-2 series, Pacific Fighters, has gone gold and went into production.

Pacific Fighters is a flight combat sim that takes place in the Pacific Theatre during World War II. Players take control of more than 40 different aircrafst on both sides of the battle lines. The 16 maps in the game include Guadalcanal, Okinawa, Pearl Harbor and Singapore. Online multiplayer will allow dog fighting for up to 128 players and support 32-player cooperative missions.

Pacific Fighters for the PC will ship at the end of October with an ESRB rating of "Teen" for Mild Language and Violence.
