Created in conjunction with the technical director from the hit film, RC2's new scale replica cars and die-cast activity "tuner" kits soup up the appeal in time for Universal Pictures' June 2003 release, 2 Fast 2 Furious

-RC2 (NASDAQ: RCRC), formerly Racing Champions Ertl Corporation, debuts an all-new super-charged collection of The Fast and the Furious die-cast scale cars and activity kits just in time for Universal Pictures' much anticipated theatrical release, 2 Fast 2 Furious on June 6, 2003. The RC2 line-up incorporates all the excitement of the high-performance property in a variety of products designed to appeal to the serious adult collector, teen movie fans and street racing aficionados alike.

RC2 is the master toy and collectibles licensee for The Fast and the Furious brand with first scale-model "tuner" die-cast collectibles currently on store shelves. The second series of cars, based on vehicles that appear in the upcoming 2 Fast 2 Furious will arrive in stores in early June 2003 to coincide with the movie's theatrical release. eBay Auction
Get in on the action with a 2 Fast 2 Furious Auction on eBay. 2 Fast 2 Furious branded product, including apparel, hats, and die-cast models of the cars from Racing Champions, will be signed by the sizzling stars of the upcoming movie. The auction will take place June 5 - June 19, 2003. Proceeds from the signed items will raise money for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.).

1:18 Scale Series Model Cars

This highly-detailed scale assortment includes the fully-blown Dodge Charger featured in The Fast and the Furious along with other movie vehicle replicas from both films, scaled for collecting or playing. The die-cast construction features opening doors and hood that reveals a detailed engine, steerable front wheels and fully-tricked out interior and chassis. Suggested retail: $24.99 each.

These interactive kits include unassembled versions of the most popular The Fast and the Furious vehicles along with "speed weights" to tweak the performance of your car. About the Films
2 Fast 2 Furious is the highly-anticipated follow-up to the Summer 2001 box office sensation about the super-charged world of street racing. Paul Walker returns as former cop Brian O'Conner, who teams up with his ex-con pal Roman Pearce (Tyrese) to transport a shipment of "dirty" money for shady Miami-based import-export dealer Carter Verone (Cole Hauser), while actually working with undercover agent Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes) to bring Verone down. Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, James Remar and Devon Aoki are also in the cast of this new high-adrenaline adventure directed by John Singleton (Boyz N the Hood, Baby Boy) and produced by Neal H. Universal Pictures' The Fast and the Furious grossed $206 million at the worldwide box-office. The car and motorcycle action sequences depicted in The Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious films are dangerous.
