Default Conditioner Wash ???

I have a few questions. I just started CW'ing this morning YEAYYY I used the Suave Naturals Milk & Honey and my detangler (Lustrasilk Aloe Detangling - very good product). My questions 4 u guys is this:

1) Do you wash ur hair with the conditioner as you would the shampoo?
2) Do you let the conditioner 'sit' in ur hair for about 5 mins to penetrate or do u just rinse it out?

Basically, i want to know what exactly IS ur CW regimen?

Thanks guys.

1. Yes, you wash your hair with the conditioner just like you would use shampoo, taking care not to create tangles.
2. I wash my hair in the shower so I usually start my hair first, leave the conditioner in, proceed with my shower, and when I'm done rinse it out with cool water.

HTH!

1) Yes, I wash with the conditioner as I would shampoo
2) Yes, I let the conditoner sit with a plastic cap from 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much time I have to fool with my hair.

My regemin is: massage scalp and comb out/detangle dry hair. Apply conditioner from roots to ends until hair is saturated. Cover with plastic cap from 5 minutes up to 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly with luke-warm/cool water. Final ACV rinse. Towel dry and apply leave in. Rollerset and hood dry.

Yes and no. I pre-condition for a little while before I start. I let the water do most of the work and let it run through my hair for a long time. Once I apply the conditioner I kinda finger comb it, and work it through the length, like I would shampoo, but I don't let it touch my scalp like it does (as if I'm sudsying the hair). I let the first conditioning application sit on my hair for a little bit before rinsing. If I'm just light conditioning I do it a second time and let it sit longer using my "good" conditioners. If I'm doing something heavier, I deep condition for 20 mins. w/heat before the final rinse.

Here's how I do mine.

1. Wet hair, apply conditioner to hair. Concentrating mostly on the ends and work on up to the roots.

2. I put my hair up in a ponytail and put a plastic cap or shower cap over my head, and proceed with my shower duties.

3. Rinse with lukewarm to cool water at the same time I rinse my body off. Sometimes I do a final rinse with ACV.

4. I gently squeeze out the excess water from my hair, apply leave-in, oil, and serum. Afterwards, pull hair back into ponytail to airdry.

Should you put your hair in a ponytail immediately after applying all the "goodies" or should you let the hair kinda dry a little before handling it?
