FieldWork UK Ltd provides specialist face-to-face interviewing in the fields of quantitative interviewing and qualitative recruitment.

We are able to offer our clients either fieldwork only or field & tab, whatever their requirements might be.

With a national fieldforce of over 800 interviewers managed at a regional level by 10 Supervisors we are able to provide a fast and efficient service at highly competitive costs.

Additionally, having such a large fieldforce means that our supervisors and interviewers have a vast amount of experience in all sectors of the research industry and are able to adapt to any methodology asked of them.

To ensure that quality standards are maintained we validate, on average, 15% of interviews carried out, which is in excess of the industry norm. These reports are available to clients if they so wish.

Across the UK we have a team of recruiters dedicated to ensuring that the Qualitative brief given to them is adhered to.

Every respondent is contacted the day prior to the group both as a reminder and also as part of the validation process. All of these reports are available to clients if they wish.  

Hall Tests

We are able to carry out hall tests across the whole of the UK. Our team of Supervisors are extremely experienced at running hall tests, particularly in offering prompt responses to any difficulties that might be occurring.

Our costs cover a team of 1 Supervisor and 6 interviewers on the day and the cost of the venue, but we can also cater for any specific requirements, for example a client may want a kitchen area for food tasting or an extra room for videoing respondents.  

In store/store exit

With over 800 interviewers nationally spread we are able to cover all the major towns in the UK and therefore Store Exit interviewing wherever clients wish is possible.

We fully understand the specific requirements needed for interviewing at/outside stores. Good dress sense, a good rapport not only with customers but also staff and an appreciation that we are working on behalf of the client and as such are ambassadors for them are a number of reasons why we believe we can achieve good results whilst working in a discreet manner.
