From a simple hand-operated puppet, through to a fully computer controlled animatronic creature, Weta Workshop is capable of undertaking sophisticated projects which require inventiveness, creativity and technical skill.
Scannable Maquettes
Weta Workshop has experienced a growing demand for 3D scannable maquettes and has now found this work to be a staple part of its creatures department. With a large-scale rotational moulder in-house, Weta can supply lightweight, accurate 3D scannable models to the client or scanning facility.
