TRB was formed in early 1977 and after much press coverage signed to EMI Records that summer. The debut single 2-4-6-8 Motorway was a UK hit, along with the followup EP which included a song called Glad To Be Gay, causing still more press coverage. Sex Pistols producer Chris Thomas produced the debut album Power In The Darkness which went gold and the group released one further album, TRB TWO (produced by Todd Rundgren), before falling apart in 1979. The band re-formed for two shows in 1987, and then again briefly between 1989-90. For more detailed biography see history.
