NEW YORK, NY (April 19, 2004) - Greenwich Street Productions/Drewmark Productions, the producers of the film Tony N' Tina's Wedding, are proud to announce the "Tony N' Tina's Free Wedding Giveaway" contest, in celebration of the film's World Premiere at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival. Single couples in the New York Metropolitan area are currently being recruited to enter the contest for a chance to win a free wedding ceremony and reception. The ceremony and reception are set to take place on Monday night, May 3, 2004, the evening of the film's Worldwide Premiere at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival.

Tony N' Tina's Wedding, which was shot on location in New York City in June of 2003 stars Mila Kunis (That '70s Show) and Joey McIntyre (singer/songwriter) and it was written, directed and produced by Roger Paradiso in his feature directorial debut. The film is loosely based on the famous off-Broadway play, which has been seen all over the world. The conceit of the theater piece, where the audience members are the actual guests at the wedding, has been replaced in the film with an equally clever device. In this motion picture version, the entire story is told as it unfolds before the wedding videographer's eyes and depicts the comical chain of events that take place at an Italian-American wedding.

Writer, Director, Producer Roger Paradiso states "We've had so much fun making this film, and in keeping with the spirit of the production and the improvisational nature of the film, we wanted to do something unique. We came up with the idea to have a real wedding ceremony before the screening of the film followed by a real wedding reception after the film, which is completely in line with the style of Tony N' Tina's Wedding and I think the right couple will have a lot of fun! We anticipate that this might become a tradition as the movie premieres across the country. We pitched the free wedding giveaway to companies involved in all facets of weddings and they fell in love with it. We've had great support from our wedding
sponsors including the Brian Marcus of Fred Marcus Photography, Phyllis Roth of By Invitation Only Designs, Florisan LLC, Sylvia Weinstock Ces, Ltd., Ice Sculpture Designs, Cocktail Comedy, Dodger Costumes and many others."

Industry veteran Ira Deutchman who is representing the film for sale through his company Emerging Pictures states, "independent films have to prove their worth on the screen and also need to prove to distributors that there are marketing angles that will attract not only movie-goers, but marketing partners and sponsors as well. Tony N' Tina's Wedding is a perfect fit for marketing partners and sponsors as evidenced by the tremendous amount of support we have received for the film. Ultimately, independent filmmakers and distributors are always looking for unique and creative ways to defray the costs of marketing a film to its target audience and we feel that Tony N' Tina's Wedding is a film that offers these types of cutting edge marketing opportunities, which should help attract distributors for the film. "
