Expanded Format X-list and R-list

The new Expanded Format for the LOTR TCG constructed play will go live with Black Rider on March 25th, 2005.  It will feature an X-list (cards not allowed in sanctioned play) and an R-list (only one copy of the card per deck).  The contents of the two lists were determined by three votes, those of the players, the Master players, and Decipher's Playtesters.  The results are below:
