Developing countries
We are pleased to provide developing countries with free or greatly reduced rate access to many of our journals via our Developing Countries Oxford Journals Online Collection offer, made in conjunction with the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP).
This offer is available to established not-for-profit educational institutions from qualifying countries, and provides access to an online collection of journals.
To take advantage of these offers, qualifying institutions will need to have Internet access and must agree to our Institutional Site Licence terms and conditions.

We are also pleased to be participants in the following developing country partner projects:
- The HINARI project from the World Health Organization (WHO) providing access to major scientific journals in the field of public health
- The AGORA project from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) providing access to global online research in agriculture
- The eIFL Foundation supporting the creation of library consortia in developing countries to ensure sustainability of access and effective use of electronic resources on offer
