SIB ACN note:

My Agents were able to put an end to this practice of reporting our activities to the Humans shortly after I took the position as Bureau Chief for SIB Precinct 22 in Houston.

After eight months, the Humans gave up.

The First Organization Has Been Formed!

I am shocked by the revelations in this post. It is high time action be taken to wipe out these practices. Are there laws against this already in existence? Can squirrels who participate in hazing be permanently barred from the tree? Are female squirrels subjected to the same practices as male squirrels? How about the squirrel military? We must demand Congressional hearings to get to the nuts of this problem. I am today forming HASH (Humans Against Squirrel Hazing) and plan to lead demonstrations in squirrelly places. Donations gratefully accepted. --GG

We at P&M's Late Night Links fully endorse HASH

The First Legal Threat Has Been Issued!

Dear sir or madam,

In reference to your "expose" on squirrel hazing:

My associates and I take great umbrage to your wholly unfounded allegations that ANY of our organizations condone or participate in such ILLEGAL or IMMORAL practices. It is common knowledge that fraternal squirrel orders exist ONLY to provide public service to the community, and to provide an atmosphere of fellowship and goodwill between all species of squirrels. Although squirrel fraternities have been known to be a lively and entertaining aspect of campus life, the "Animal House" myth as typified by the hijinks of Disney's "Chip & Dale" are entirely fictional. Besides which, they're chipmunks.

The tragic death of Rodney P. Woodchip was in NO WAY related to alcohol induced hazing rituals. He was a troubled example of rodentia, from a broken nest, sent to university at too young an age, and was only able to deal with his latent homosexual tendencies by playing "live action" Dungeons and Dragons in the sewers of Michigan State. It was Mr. Woodchip's extreme state of distress that caused him to run into oncoming traffic, NOT a cruel hazing ritual perpetrated by the LOHL organization. Further such insinuations will result in you being contacted by our lawyers.

P.S.: further invasions of my privacy by way of still photo, video, or otherwise "hidden" camera equipment will NOT be tolerated. This is your final warning.

We at P&M's Late Night Links do not bow to legal threats

SIB ACN Note: This is where we first "introduced" ourselves, under the guise of a clan. We wanted to test the waters and see how much pressure would be needed to stop these Humans.

As it turns out, not a whole lot was needed.

Sir:

I have come across your website and completely agree with you. I have two pet squirrels, Scooby and Shaggy (from Scooby Doo) and love them dearly.

There is entirely too much violence and torture to the poor critters. If there is anything I can do to further the cause, perhaps by educating the public, feel free to contact me. -- Robert

A Studious Observation!

JUST SAW YOUR WEB PAGE. I AM ACTUALLY DOING RESEARCH ON COLLEGE/MILITARY HAZING AND CAME ACROSS YOUR SITE IN A SEARCH ENGINE. REALLY GOOD WORK. IT BROKE THE CYCLE OF ALL THE TRUE HAZING INCIDENTS AND STORIES THAT I HAVE BEEN HAVING TO READ. EVER THINK ABOUT DOING A CAT OR DOG HAZING, I HAVE THREE DOGS AT HOME AND AFTER READING YOUR SITE I DON'T THINK IT IS RESERVED TO SQUIRRELS ONLY! -- Jeffrey Grimmett

What about possums and armadillos? -- l8tr

We at P&M's Late Night Links try to answer all questions

No squirrels were harmed by us.

Unless they were of a lower rank and tried to steal our nest, stash, and/or babies.
