Experience 4D Cube...

Here are few science related things I thought might interest you....

The Tesseract (or HyperCube) is mathematical prediction of what cube might look like in 4D Space. An old story tells us how to keep our money safe from robber that exists only in two dimensions (sheet of paper): simply just put it in square safe. 2D robber won't be able to reach it... but if another 3D cruck wanted the gold, he would simply take the gold out of the sqaure not even touching the safe walls. On the other hand, to keep gold out of reach from 3D robber you would need a cube safebox with walls on all 6 sides...now the gold is secure.. but imagine another robber bursting from 4th dimesnion just to steal our gold! He would be able to take the gold from inside the box safe bypassing all the walls, simply taking the gold from inside. In this situation hypecube safebox would become usefull, if we had one... Hardly imaginable, but here are few explanations how to understand 4D cube mathematics, or simply view or rotate your own Hypercube or other 4d structures. Please beware that there are websites stealing this story, so please if you find this link interesting, post the content but include original link to lord of net web domain.

Ohh, don't even think of putting together 4D Rubick Cube...

Do you know about this:

I guess, it´s your content, since impactlab is always using content from other websites.

Obvious this was posted just to be digged out! Digg users, please grow up.

Hey there nice animation, but I would like to include some bit of info... what is being shown on the animation is a 2D projection of a 4D object, we can't acctually see the "real" 4D object because we don't have access to the next dimension. Also should someone build a model of the hipercube, it will only be a projection in 3D of the 4D object!
Nice though!

Jusus christ, use a god damn spell checker. What excuse could you possibly have for publishing something with so many spelling and grammatical errors?

Sorry to rain on this, but thats just a poorly rendered doughnut rolling in on itself

It's hardley your content -- you didn't create the damn thing. Stop complaining.

You're leeching the image. What, you couldn't manage to find one of the internet's many free images hosts? Or were you just too lazy to use one?

The 4th dimension is time. Your animation is unnecessarily complicated. A simple video of a cube would be what a 4D Cube looks like. This site amounts to misinformation.

that would be ignorant. 4th dimnesnion IS time in our space, but remember there are imagionary (or real?) universes with n-dimensions, and it is mathematically possible to calculate number of edges, areas etc. of n-dimensional objects )not only 4D but 5D, 6D....)

This is fun too... A tesseract training program (think viewing it with some nice music) and a sort of 4D shooter game.

It's crook not cruck.

Time is only conceptually a dimension, in the same way that color is a conceptual dimension.

I've always figured that there can't be a 4th spacial dimension for the following reason: you'd never be able to inflate a balloon, because every time you tried to push air into the balloon tube, it would escape out the fourth dimensional opening. Or, the fourth dimensional opening in your lungs. Unless everything has a mystery 4-th dimensional wall, which seems unlikely. You'd notice that there wasn't a conservation of mass or energy if there was a 4th dimension, because stuff would be periodically travelling into it and it would disappear off our 3-dimensional radar.

Is it just me, or isn't the 4th dimension supposed to be time? or is that only on a graph... Can't rmemeber... too tired...

my goodness there are some ridiculous comments on here... "oh, is is just me or isn't the fourth dimension time, blABLABLAAAAA I"M SMART LOOK AT ME TOUCH MYSELF"

whether or not there is a physical 4h dimension of space somewhere, it is possible to construct 4 dimensional space (R4) mathematically and project it into two dimensions as this render attempts to do. I posted a super cool 4 dimensional game on digg but it got 2 diggs. go figure.

have people ever taken math?
