I. ELIGIBILITY

Except as otherwise specified, KFOG contests are open to all persons 18 years of age and older residing in the Nine County Bay Area. Contests that are restricted to persons 21 and over will be specified on-air or in official contest rules for that particular contest. Employees of KFOG, its parent companies, and any of their agencies, affiliates and their families are not eligible to win. Winners must provide their social security number for prizes valued over $600.00. KFOG reserves the right at any time to award the prize to another eligible winner drawn at random in the event the prize, for any reason, cannot be utilized by the original Winner or in the event the original Winner does not meet eligibility requirements.

KFOG contest winners can win once every sixty (60) days for all regular contests where the prize is valued at less than $600.00, including on-air contests, website contests, fax in-to-win contests, e-mail contests, or direct mail. Winners may win only one time per year (365 days) for contests with prizes valued over $600.00. The sixty (60) day rule does not apply for KFOG enter-to-win contests on site at a KFOG event.

The sixty (60) day rule also does not apply for KFOG's World Class Adventures. All Registered Fogheads are automatically eligible for KFOG's World Class Adventures, regardless of their previous winning history.

II. GENERAL CONTEST ENTRY RULES

KFOG contests are open to all KFOG listeners unless specified in particular contest rules aired on KFOG or listed in official contest rules posted by KFOG for a specific contest. For example, some contests are restricted to Registered Fogheads only, and the competitors must be Registered Fogheads to win.

All winners will be notified by KFOG and confirmed by mail. KFOG is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; or lost or misdirected mail or faxes, or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or e-mail service disruption.

All rules and restrictions are subject to final review by KFOG and may be modified or the contest terminated at any time at our discretion. Complete rules for KFOG contests are available weekdays during regular business hours at the KFOG business office, 55 Hawthorne St., San Francisco, Ca. 94105. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All entrants agree to release the use of their name and city of residence as well as the broadcast transmission of information pertaining to their entry, or prize-winning conversations, without additional consideration. Winners may also be required to sign a release of liability in connection with the contest.

All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of the prizes, the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
