While many of the strategies here are specific to Texas Holdem online, the vast majority can be applied to live games as well.

What's New?!

04.3.06 - New blog update at pokergamer.blogspot.com. Check it out if you get a chance.

01.20.06 - In a promotional offer for the site I need to get new inbound links in a few of the back pages. In exchange I'm willing to give a free hour of lessons in the game of the user's choice. 01.05.06 - Just a quick note to say happy new year's to everyone. Although I discontinued lessons for awhile to focus on the cash games I am now back in the business of poker coaching. Please see the Poker Lesson page if you're interested.

12.21.05 - We've added a new page, Money Management (under Other Resources) which will help you understand the money management skills necessary to play the different limits without risking all of your funds.

11.09.05 - It's been quite awhile since we've made some updates but soon we will have some new changes coming to the site. We'll be adding a "poker bankroll" page which will give you some general guidelines on how to determine the proper bankroll for playing in different limit poker games. We'll also be adding a page entitled "win rates" which will give some general guidelines on how much you can expect to make per 100 hands as a winning player. Check back soon for these pages.

07.06.05 - 2 new important features have been added to the site. 05.13.05 - We've added two new articles. No Limit Poker Online which is essentially an add on section to the "No Limit Holdem - How to bluff" article that was added on 5.10.05. The second, Sam's corner will be a continuously updated section that is intended to be a humorous view into the mind of a bad player. Please check back frequently for new funny thoughts.
