Their courage unending,
their love for God, neighbor, country undaunted. Their desire to create
a community forever and to preserve their hierarchy from generation down
through the ages. We salute our pioneer forefathers in their efforts and
pledge our efforts to maintain their high standards and ideals, through
this our Peninsula Belgian American Club.
The Peninsula Belgian
American Club, located in Namur, Wisconsin, is a non-profit organization
that was founded in 1964 for the purpose
of keeping our Belgian
heritage alive. To
recreate and hold dear that era in history, when good fellowship was
prime, when our most effectual tool was prayer and a "good
neighbor", when our forefathers well knew that a combined effort
was the number one necessity for life. To
promote cultural, social and charitable functions around the counties,
for the betterment of our immediate surroundings and for our
"neighbors." To
communicate with, assist, and accept assistance from all other Belgian
American Clubs, wherever they may be located. |
