What are the Statutes?
The Kansas Statutes are all laws enacted by the Legislature. These Statutes are published after the closing of the regular session by the Kansas Revisor of Statutes.

NOTICE
The text of the Kansas Statutes is provided with the permission of the Revisor of Statutes of the State of Kansas.

The Information Network of Kansas has made every effort to create an accurate electronic representation of the Kansas Statutes. In some cases there may be minor discrepancies with the printed document. In those cases neither INK nor the State of Kansas shall be liable for the effect of those discrepancies.

These statutes are current through the 2005 Legislative Session.
