Director of Inside Sales

Facebook is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to build, lead and grow the team and revenue. The Director of Inside Sales will report to the Vice President of Media Sales. There are minimal travel requirements for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to exceed all revenue, pricing and yield objectives
  • Accurately forecast revenue and assign fair goals to individual contributors
  • Manage account distribution while evaluating opportunity and opportunity cost
  • Build a world-class inside sales organization — recruit, train and retain great people
