October 11, 2005 Dear Statutory Construction Zone readers, Due to a new job starting on October 12, 2005, there will be an extended hiatus for this blog. I don't know whether it will be permanent. I would like to thank everybody who read the blog, and especially those of you who e-mailed me with kind comments (and answers to the trivia questions). I would also like to thank Howard Bashman, whose "How Appealing" blog was part of the inspiration for this blog, and who was kind enough to link to my blog.
