Riders on Zipp 606s steal the show

Stadlera175.jpgWith exciting and impressive wins by Normann Stadler and Michellie Jones and excellent  performances from Desiree Ficker and Lisa Bentley, who can doubt the advantage of riding Zipp's aero wheel sets in the Ironman Championships at Kona? This is winning where it really matters!

Normann Stadler, riding our Zedtech 6 prototype (404F / 808R), completed the bike split in 4:18 a new record (average speed of around 25 MPH!) and maintained his lead during the run to win  in 8:11:56. We noticed Desiree Ficker flying past using the new Vuka aerobars and Michellie Jones on her pink Giant bike with a matching Zipp 606 wheel set and decals.

Zipp dominates the aero wheel category once again - check the stats
