Thursday 3-Oct-2002 12:00 AM Screenshots and movie of Age of Mythology, Ensemble Studios' next game in its "Age" series of PC RTS titles Ensemble Studios has definitely done itself proud with its "Age" RTS series so far. Titles already out the door Age of Empires and Age of Kings have received heaps of praise from the press and gamers alike - they might not have been ground breaking, but what they did they did very well. On the back of this success now comes Age of Mythology, and we've got some exclusive shots and a movie to show you what's on offer.
Unlike Ensemble's previous two titles, Age of Mythology - as the name suggests - moves away from fact-based backgrounds, drawing instead on Greek, Norse and Egyptian mythical history. The game's singleplayer campaign consists of 35 different scenarios full of RTS goodness, and of course there'll be multiplayer modes included for online and LAN strategising. And it looks rather nice too, thanks to a brand new engine.
