Wood'n'Wheels Webcam

The Walney to Wear (W2W) route is open and runs from Walney Island to Sunderland, passing straight through Hamsterley Forest.

Superb new skills area goes live
With the opening of 'The Loop', Hamsterley now has arguably the best skills area of any mountain biking centre in the country. Give it a go, soon !

Mountain biking is a potentially hazardous activity carrying a significant risk. It should only be undertaken with a full understanding of all inherent risks. The guidelines at forest trailheads must always be used in conjunction with the benefit of your own experience, intuition and careful judgement.
