Hudson, Harlem, and New Haven Line customers-- You can receive regular Service Advisories, which provide information about routine or planned service changes--ranging from when new timetables are available to whether we need to change your service because of a major construction project.

If a major service disruption takes place, you will also receive Alerts that will keep you updated until service returns to normal.

We still cannot give you the status of individual trains--such as whether the 5:59 out of Poughkeepsie is on time. The best way to find out that type of information remains calling our Travel Information Center or listening for announcements at stations or onboard our trains.
