CASTING Leonardo DiCaprio has yet another film on his roster: Fox is negotiating to land the project DiCaprio is planning with director Lee Tamahori ("The Edge") called "The Stanford Prison Experiment." Arnold Schwarzenegger is reportedly fighting to resurrect the period action film "Crusade." He would play an 11th-century death-row prisoner recruited by the Pope as a warrior. Schwarzenegger has been trying to get the film made for years; in 1994 sets were being built when production company Carolco shut down production as the budget looked to surpass $120 million.... Budding It girl Charlize Theron is joining Ben Affleck and Gary Sinise in the heist thriller "Reindeer Games."

TV DEALS The addition of Carmen Electra in January did nothing to keep "Hyperion Bay" afloat: The WB series has ceased production and will air its last new episode on March 25. Appropriately, this disastrous show will be replaced by an Aaron Spelling drama about disaster paramedics, "Rescue 77".... The critical success of HBO's "The Sopranos" has spurred another mafia TV series: CBS has ordered a pilot for "Falcone," a drama based on the Johnny Depp-Al Pacino movie "Donnie Brasco." Jason Gedrick ("The Last Don") is in talks to take the Depp role of an FBI agent working undercover in the Mob.... ABC is not renewing its contract with Dan Dierdorf, one of the cohosts of "Monday Night Football." Dierdorf, the assured commentator who is reportedly talking about joining CBS, had been sharing the booth since 1987.
