This is Pearl. It was custom built on a VW Transporter 5. Apart from the inside, the only outside addition is the extended roof. Note the opening rooflight and TV antenna mounted on top


This is the Pearl. This is my ‘go-anywhere’ vehicle that replaces an ordinary car. It was custom built by some great people at DriveLodge Motorhomes and we designed it between us. Well - sort of: I told them what I wanted and then they solved the problems! It is built on a VW Transporter 5 with a 2.8 diesel engine and Tiptronic automatic gearbox.

Gallery Notes: This gallery is a landscape Slideshow (Javascript must be turned on). It is positioned right and to display before content. In this case, images were pre-sized and the gallery created manually. I have used the crosswipe transition which is suited to images that are all the same size.
