Mike W. Barr, also referred to as Mike Barr, is an American writer of comic books, mystery novels, and science fiction. He is perhaps best known for his work on Batman and the Outsiders, which he created, and wrote for a total of 84 issues. His work also includes Mantra, Detective Comics, Camelot 3000, and Maze Agency. His work is also featured in the Doctor Who short-story collection, Short Trips: Destination Prague.
