有關:  車輛防盜及泊車証事宜

此致:各住戶

    本部近日收到沙田分區警署通知區內發生多宗偷車案件,為免匪徒有機可乘,請各車主離開車輛前注意以下基本防盜措施:

1.    將貴重物品帶走。

2.    切勿將「電腦車咭」及「車匙」留在車廂內。

3.    鎖上防盜設備。

4.    檢查玻璃窗及車門,確保完全鎖緊。

請同時將有效之泊車証張貼於車輛擋風玻璃左上角當眼位置。

本部除加強保安工作外,亦與警方保持緊密聯絡。 倘若閣下發現任何可疑人物或案件發生,必須保持冷靜,切勿莽自行動,在安全情況下應立即致電報警或致電2649-4187與本部職員聯絡。敬希垂注!

Re: Vehicles Crime Precautions And Parking Permit

To: All Residents

We have received notice from the Shatin Police Division that cars burglars are increasing recently, car owners are advised to pay attention to the following crime precautions:

1.      Keep minimal valuables at cars.

2.      Don’t leave your parking permits and keys inside the cars.

3.      Lock all anti-burglar measures.

4.      Inspect windows and doors before leaving

Also, please display the parking permit in a prominent position on the left hand corner of the wind screen.

In addition to strengthen security, we will keep in touch with the police.  If you find any character or incident suspicious, keep calm and report to the police or contact us at 2649-4187.

有關:  冷氣機滴水事宜

此致:各業主/住戶

    鑑於近日本客戶服務部接獲多宗冷氣機滴水投訴,故特此促請各業主儘快檢查貴單位之冷氣機是否正常運作,避免冷氣機出現滴水。根據本港公眾衛生及市政條例,任由冷氣機滴水而對別人造成滋擾是違法的,最高可罰款HK$10,000

     而本客戶服務部將加強對此方面之監察,對屢勸不改之業戶,本客戶服務部將直接把有關案件交予食物環境衛生處方面跟進,而不作另行通知。專此奉達,敬希垂注。

Notice

                                                        Re: Water Dripping of Air-conditioners

In view of many complaints received regarding to the water dripping from the air-conditioners, we would like to draw your attention that you should make sure your air-conditioner is in good condition. .

We will enhance the supervision of the captioned issue. If any residents fail to solve the problem, We will report the case to Food and Environmental Hygiene Department of Government for further action directly. According to the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, the maximum penalty of HK$10,000.00 would be fined for water dripping from air-conditioner.
