Housing Program Services

Housing Program Services Division

With funding from the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), City of Turlock/Stanislaus County Home Consortia, State of California HOME Program, and the City of Turlock Redevelopment Agency (TRDA) "Housing Set Aside" fund, the Housing Program Services Division is able to provide a wide variety of housing services.

These services include:
  • Affordable Housing Programs
  • First Time Homebuyers' Program
  • Housing Rehabilitation Loan
  • Public/Private partnerships for single and multi-family developments
  • Grants for Non-Profit Organizations who provide services for the following: gang and drug prevention, emergency food and temporary shelter, homeless counseling, high school drop out prevention, tutoring, senior services, information and referral, women's shelter services, recreation services
  • Public Improvements such as: curb, gutters, sidewalks and the like
  • Fair Housing Services
